BentallGreenOak announced today the closing of the merger between Bentall Kennedy and GreenOak Real Estate. The combined company is called BentallGreenOak.

New York-based WeWork will occupy 10 floors spanning 170,000 square feet in BentallGreenOak's new Vancouver development, dubbed B6. The building is 32 stories tall and totals 534,000 square feet, with retail space on the ground floor.
BentallGreenOak and Rising Realty Partners (Rising) acquired Civic Center Plaza, a 598,592-square-foot, 22-story landmark, Class A, office building located at 1560 Broadway in the Uptown district of downtown Denver, for $124.6 million. Civic Center Plaza is certified LEED Gold, WiredScore Gold, and provides tenants with a variety of efficient floor plates and tremendous views of the Rocky Mountains and the surrounding, thriving Uptown District.
